Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Monitor and document resident vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Identify and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and staff.
