• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring each resident receives individualized attention and care
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and facility policies

Responsibilities:

• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other medical treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
