Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, offering companionship, ensuring safety, aiding with meals, helping with care plans, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate documentation for quality care.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Assist with mealtime and feeding residents.
• Participate in care planning and implement resident care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
