Extended Care LLC is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our compassionate care team at our Hastings facility. You will work with skilled clinical and therapy teams to provide personalized care that supports residents' needs, interests, and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a can-do attitude
• Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
