Job summary

Great River Health Systems is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care during the 4:30pm-10:30pm shift, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will work under the supervision of licensed nurses, assisting with activities of daily living to ensure comfort and quality of care for residents.

Responsibilities include bathing, hygiene, mobility support, feeding assistance, and routine monitoring.

Qualifications

• CNA license required upon hire.
• Experience in the medical field preferred.
• CNA registry and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Bathes and dresses residents according to care plans and as needed.
• Assists with mobility and rehabilitation activities.
• Assists with elimination and incontinence care.
• Supports dining and nutrition with textured foods and fluids as ordered.
• Monitors resident health, records bowel output and vital signs as needed.
• Maintains environmental safety and housekeeping in resident areas.
• Participates in resident activities and care planning meetings.
