Job summary

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) in Nebraska.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and report health changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident spaces.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Document and maintain accurate care records.
