Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking an Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care and support services in a faith-based senior living environment. The role reports to the nurse manager and may coordinate with licensed nurses on duty.

Ideal candidates hold a state-approved Nursing Assistant program credential, a high school diploma, and are listed on the state Health Nursing Assistant Registry. A comprehensive benefits package is included for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the nurse manager; may take direction from licensed nurses on duty.
• Provides direct care to residents daily.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignment.
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner; light housekeeping and linen changes.
• Assists with resident laundry and meal preparation support.
