Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to residents per care plan.
• Assist with daily routines, hygiene, vitals, meals and transfers.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure resident safety.
• Report changes and update resident records.
• Follow instructions from Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
