Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
- Current active CNA license in the applicable state.
- One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients according to Life Care standards.
- Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Deliver direct care and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.
