Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist at mealtimes and with walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility equipment.
• Make rounds and check on residents during the shift.
• Follow each resident's care plan and write notes for the next shift.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to support residents.
