Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification in good standing.
• Demonstrated compassion, dependability and teamwork in a care setting.
• Excellent communication and resident-care skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals and personal care.
• Support mobility, transfers, positioning and bedtime routines.
• Respond with patience and compassion to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Document care and follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
