Job summary

Arbor Acres is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on the 3pm–11pm shift, every other weekend, in Winston-Salem, NC. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.

We offer competitive hourly wages ($18.00–$21.00) and a comprehensive benefits package including meals, health/dental/vision coverage, retirement plan, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Nurse Aide I and listed with NC registry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and with residents.
• Able to lift and assist with mobility as trained and supervised.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with care of geriatric residents.
• Help residents with grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Assist with dining, mobility, transfers, and transport within the facility.
• Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies within minutes.
• Record supplies, report changes in residents' conditions, and support the care team.
