Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2pm to 10pm shift in Texas. The CNA will perform direct resident care under a licensed nurse, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support programs and activities.

The role requires compassionate patient care, reliable transportation, and passing a background check. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred; Six months of healthcare experience preferred; completion of a skills competency evaluation;

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Vital Signs & Observation: Obtain vital signs, record findings, notify nurse of deviations as per ISP.
• ADL Support: Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, positioning.
• Medication Assistance: Provide medication assistance with proper training and delegation.
• Mobility Assistance: Assist with ambulation, transfers, wheelchair use, bed mobility.
• Housekeeping Support: Make beds, change linens, maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Documentation: Complete progress notes and documentation per the resident's service plan.
• Communication & Safety: Report condition changes, follow infection control procedures, adhere to safety precautions.
• Resident Interaction: Demonstrate respectful, compassionate attitude toward residents and their property.
• Professionalism: Follow dress code, notify absences/tardiness, comply with policies.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties within CNA scope.
