Avir at Live Oak is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2pm to 10pm shift. You will provide compassionate direct care, assist with ADLs, and support mobility while maintaining accurate resident records.

Competenze

• Must be a certified nursing assistant by the Department of Health within four months of hire.
• Previous nursing facility experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to residents including personal care and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in mandatory in-service training and education programs
