Avir at Live Oak is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 2pm to 10pm shift, delivering direct nursing care and supporting residents daily. You will work with our healthcare team to meet physical, emotional, and social needs, while ensuring safety and quality in a warm environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and maintain meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification within four months of hire date.
• Prior nursing facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including personal care and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in mandatory in-service training and education programs.
