Spring Oak Berlin in Berlin, NJ is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a full-time evening shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The position offers a pay rate of $21.09 per hour and a baseline schedule as listed.

The CMA will administer medications, assist residents with daily activities, and observe changes under nurse supervision. Qualifications include a CMA certification, ability to follow care plans, and good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CMA certification.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures.
• Experience in assisted living or senior living is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and New Jersey requirements.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while supporting their dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the Wellness team.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately.
• Work under the direction of the nurse, Director of Wellness, or supervisor to provide attentive, compassionate care.
