Job summary

Crumbl is seeking dependable team members for closing shifts (approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM) in Massachusetts. Friday and Saturday availability is required. Earn $20–$22 per hour including tips, with both full-time and part-time opportunities possible.

The role involves dough prep, baking, decorating, serving guests, and closing store duties. You'll join a high-energy team, learn Crumbl’s rotating flavors, and help keep the store clean and organized for the next day’s service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare rotating weekly flavors.
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week's menu; take orders and process payments.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas; restock supplies and prep for the next day.
• Work with teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently.
