Job summary

Catalent in Kansas City, MO seeks a Packaging Coordinator to support clinical trial projects through packaging while ensuring cgmp and SOP compliance. You will manage readiness for packaging, inventory control after completion, and maintain quality throughout the process.

Shifts: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm; 100% onsite; requires safety adherence and accurate documentation. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Occasional work in a cold environment to fulfill orders.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of clinical trial packaging or related pharma ops.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Coordinate packaging readiness with storage, label control, and QA for materials.
• Prepare packaging batch records in line with SOPs and cGMP.
• Review packaging batch records before processing to ensure instructions are followed.
• Log completed outputs into the electronic inventory system.
• Update changeover reports and metrics trackers.
