Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years progressive laboratory experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• ASCP or equivalent certification in MT, MLS, or MLT; certification within two years if not held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and technical operations of the evening and night shifts.
• Maintain efficient laboratory workflows and monitor supply utilization.
• Ensure specimen integrity and oversee test analysis.
• Manage staff performance and development.
• Participate in the monthly supervisor on-call rotation.
