Job summary

ClearView Building Maintenance is hiring Cleaning Technicians for stable, site-specific roles in the Fenton area. The position offers set hours with evenings and nights, Monday–Friday, and every other weekend on call.

• Dust vents, equipment, sills, and surfaces on a schedule.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, exam rooms, and break areas.
• Secure buildings by locking doors and setting alarms.
