Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and assign tasks.
• Schedule daily staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
• Check cleaning equipment condition and order supplies; keep them in a safe area.
• Coordinate with clients and employees; handle complaints and feedback.
• Inspect work and submit daily cleanliness reports; lead by example.
• Provide daily cleaning support to designated private areas as needed.
