Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to follow safety guidelines.
• Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail areas according to the scope of work.
• Operate cleaning equipment and apply chemicals as required.
• Mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash per building standards.
• Record inspection data and post pictures via mobile app.
