Job summary

Total Cleaning is seeking a part-time Custodian in West Palm Beach, FL. The role involves cleaning offices, common areas, restrooms, and other areas per the scope of work, with evening shifts on Mon/Wed/Fri from 5pm to 8pm (9 hours weekly). Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to pass background checks and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must pass a Background Check.
• Must pass a Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures.
• Dust, mop and sweep offices and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and report needs to supervisor.
• Inform supervisor about supplies, equipment repairs, or hazards.
• Secure interior areas and shut off lights as required.
• Other duties as needed based on scope of work.
