Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required for teamwork and safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be willing to work the assigned hours.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of cleaning duties (bending, lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of all assigned areas: common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs and tables.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break rooms; manage trash and recycling.
• Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums) safely.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors across all areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Handle incidental spill cleanup and related tasks as needed.
