Job summary

MSNW Group LLC is hiring a full-time janitor in Tacoma, WA, to maintain clean, organized, and safe environments at client sites. You will join a supportive team and be responsible for routine cleaning tasks, with emphasis on thoroughness and reliability.

The position runs Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 12 AM, offering a $24.04 per hour wage. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, physical requirements apply, and a background check is required. MSNW is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service.
• Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipment.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Perform restroom cleaning and restock supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessary.
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time.
