Beitzel Corporation seeks a Part-Time Cleaning Person to maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming facilities in Grantsville, MD. Work evenings (roughly 4:30 PM–9:30 PM, Mon–Fri) with some weekend shifts, totaling 20–30 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Empty and replace waste bins, transporting waste material to designated collection points to maintain clean, hygienic spaces.
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
• Suction cleaning carpeted areas and “spot” cleaning carpets.
• Dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, window sills, external surfaces of cupboards, radiators, shelves and fitments.
• Replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels).
• Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, and showers.
