Job summary

BETA Technologies in Vermont is seeking a Cleaning Specialist who takes pride in a clean, safe and organized environment to support high‑tech production and labs. You will clean floors, restrooms, break rooms, and offices, follow safety protocols, and restock supplies.

Daytime and Evening shifts are available, with the Evening shift from 4:00PM to 10:00PM. Previous commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous commercial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain advanced manufacturing floors, R&D labs, offices, and shared spaces.
• Perform detailed cleaning of high-tech production areas while following safety and compliance protocols.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces to professional standards.
• Remove waste and recyclables properly and safely.
• Restock supplies and notify supervisors of inventory needs.
• Support a culture of safety, organization, and operational excellence.

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role. Compensation

$26—$30 USD
