You will lead a team of about 26 across 33 locations and engage staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, staff training, and proactive problem-solving in a full-time evening schedule (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Leadership experience in supervisory roles is a plus.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, lift 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise approximately 26 team members across 33 locations.
• Inspect facilities after services to ensure quality cleaning standards.
• Train new team members and cover services when needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
