Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations, delegate job assignments, and supervise the team when the Manager is not present. The role includes operating equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties at an ABM site.

The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm) with pay in the range of $18.75–$21.55 per hour. ABM is a military-friendly employer encouraging veterans to apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Reports and documents client communications, monitors facilities operations
• Assist with scheduling daily and weekly work assignments
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Maintain keys/access control and inventory of supplies and chemicals
