Job summary

Environment Control Ohio Valley seeks a Part-Time Evening Cleaning Lead to manage cleaning tasks at multiple PA locations after 5:30pm, 15–20 hours weekly. You’ll lead a small team, train staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness across Greensburg, Perryopolis, and neighboring towns.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and travel between sites. We offer $19.00 per hour, weekly pay, paid training, all supplies provided, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel between Greensburg, Perryopolis, Mt. Pleasant, Hunker, Uniontown, California, PA
• Minimum age requirement varies by role; some positions require 18+, others 16+

Responsibilities

• Make workspaces shine by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
• Keep bathrooms stocked and clean (gloves provided)
• Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and help create a clean, welcoming environment
• Stay in touch with your supervisor about supplies or any issues
• Follow simple cleaning steps—we’ll train you and support you along the way
• Provide extensive mentoring, coaching, and training to employees
• Respond to frequent calls and work-related issues throughout the shift
• Ensure staff accountability and adherence to company policies and expectations
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards
• Train new and existing team members on procedures and performance expectations
• Cover employee call-offs and adjust staffing as needed to maintain operations
• Complete and submit a detailed nightly summary report outlining activities, issues, and accomplishments
