Environment Control Ohio Valley, Inc. is seeking a part-time Evening Cleaning Lead to maintain clean, welcoming spaces across multiple PA locations after 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday with weekend as needed. Travel between Greensburg, Perryopolis, Mt.

Pleasant, Hunker, Uniontown, California, PA is required. You’ll supervise and mentor staff, coordinate with a supervisor on supplies, and ensure quality standards through routine inspections.

Qualifications

• Age requirements: some roles require at least 18; others allow 16 or older
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling
• Pass a national background check
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform basic physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough cleaning of workspaces by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
• Keep bathrooms stocked and clean (gloves provided)
• Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and help create a clean, welcoming environment
• Stay in touch with your supervisor about supplies or issues
• Follow simple cleaning steps with training and ongoing support
• Mentor, coach, and train employees; respond to shift issues and ensure accountability
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and assist with staffing as needed

What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide extensive mentoring, coaching, and training to employees
• Respond to frequent calls and work-related issues throughout the shift
• Ensure staff accountability and adherence to company policies and expectations
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards
• Train new and existing team members on procedures and performance expectations
• Cover employee call-offs and adjust staffing as needed to maintain operations
• Complete and submit a detailed nightly summary report outlining activities, issues, and accomplishments
