Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Half Moon Bay, CA. Work under the Custodial Manager, performing a range of custodial duties with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and adherence to established procedures.

The role includes floor care, window and surface cleaning, restroom restocking, trash collection, and routine high-dusting. Prior experience is not required, but reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable vacuum cleaner – back pack style.
• Requires attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization and energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report equipment or facility defects to supervisors.
• Collect building trash and replace liners as needed.
• Monitor for hazards like clogged urinals and lights out.
