Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring a General Cleaner to join our Tampa team for an essential evening shift.

You’ll be trained in our green-sealed cleaning and disinfecting practices with no prior experience required, and you’ll represent the friendly, reliable face of 4M while maintaining surfaces and restrooms. The role involves wiping surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, and reporting repairs or leaks.

Qualifications

• No janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks, or drips as observed.
• Be a friendly, reliable face of the team.
