Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC is hiring a part-time frontline Team Member in the Lansing area. Pay rate is $16/hour with days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30pm to 7pm.

You will be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment, and you’ll represent the company with reliability and courtesy. The role includes cleaning, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance needs, and adhering to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required. We train you in our best practices.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Wears provided 4M apparel and PPE as required by OSHA.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M's cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
