Job summary

Center for Family Guidance PC in Camden, NJ is seeking an Evening Counselor to join our partial care program for children and adolescents (6-13). This 32-hour weekly position runs Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm, with a pay rate of $20.00-$22.00 per hour plus full benefits.

A bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field is required, with experience working with children in behavioral and mental health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required.
• Experience with children in behavioral and mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients.
• Facilitates regular therapeutic groups addressing identified treatment issues.
• Provides observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team.
• Records daily patient progress in medical records and completes paperwork.
• Rides with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
• Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system.
• All other duties as assigned.
