Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our team serving the Ocean County area on the evening weekend shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

You will provide hands-on hospice care, assist with ADLs, follow care plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and communicate clearly with patients and families. Overtime is available, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for interactions with patients and families
• Ability to provide hands-on, compassionate care in a hospice setting
• Dependability and reliability for consistent scheduling
• Hospice experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients as needed
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of comfort
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice care team
