Full-Time Evening Shift : 3 PM - 11 PM

Your Role :

As a CNA, you will be an essential part of our team, providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs to track residents' health.
• Offering emotional support and companionship to enhance their well-being.
• Assisting with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety.
• Working alongside the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for all residents.
