• Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers.
• Follow established routes and departure times.
• Communicate with dispatch for guidance on detours or delays.
• Assist passengers with disabilities to board and exit via a wheelchair lift.
• Report emergencies or concerns with the vehicle or passengers to a supervisor or dispatcher.
• Maintain accurate records of passengers, trips, and mileage.
