Job summary

CHASE Staffing is seeking a temporary CDL Class A driver for an evening assignment in Roanoke, VA. The role covers a Roanoke–Tennessee–Roanoke route with a 4:30 PM start, Oct 5–9. You will operate an 18-wheeler, perform inspections, and log hours in compliance with DOT regulations.

Ideal candidates have a valid CDL Class A and a clean MVR, with prior CDL driving experience and availability for all dates. Pay is $26/hour for the duration of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean or acceptable MVR.
• Ability to safely operate an 18-wheeler.
• Available for all four dates: 10/5–10/9.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A 18-wheeler.
• Transport a full load to Tennessee site.
• Return with an empty trailer to Roanoke, VA.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Maintain required logs and paperwork.
