Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living seeks a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, routine nursing care to assigned residents in line with care plans and facility policies, under the direction of supervisors.

You will participate in scheduled trainings to obtain Nursing Assistant certification, assist with daily personal care, meals, and documentation, and help create a warm, supportive environment for residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator
