Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of direct care experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in patient direct care or care coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and compassionate with a patient demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; pass background check.
