Job summary

Coable Home Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Caregiver to join our Indianapolis-area team. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Ideal candidates are dependable, punctual, and able to follow a tailored care plan. CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with a schedule of daily 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM and 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship through conversations, activities and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate.
• Follow the client's care plan and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and confidential home environment in compliance with HIPAA and policies.
