Job summary

Always Best Care Bristol is hiring Evening Caregivers in Litchfield. The role runs 4pm–9pm, seven days a week, caring for clients in a safe, professional environment. One or two caregivers may share duties and you'll report to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable
• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary
• Converses with patients to provide assurance
• Observes Universal Precautions
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes
• Light housekeeping
• Provides medication reminders
• Meal preparation and clean up
