Qualifications

• Participate in facility in-services and training.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, socialization, cognition and physical health.
• Encourage resident independence and respect resident choices.
• Communicate effectively, report promptly to the appropriate staff, and maintain accurate records.
