Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Solana Beach, CA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living. You will contribute to a warm, person-centered environment and deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. or caregiver experience required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Basic reading/writing and ability to speak English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and positive working environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
• Maintains professional appearance and conduct on duty.
• Responds to resident needs and calls promptly.
• Documents care in CareStream and end-of-shift reports.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and meals as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Observes changes in residents and reports to supervisors.
• Participates in training and team meetings.
