Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and accompany clients to community activities to foster personal goal achievement outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiver support in clients' homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and encourage client participation.
• Accompany clients to community activities to support personal goals outside of home.
