Vista Prairie Communities is hiring an Evening Care Coordinator at Goldfinch Estates in Fairmont, MN for full-time evenings. You will lead the evening care team, coach and mentor staff, and ensure high‑quality, resident‑centered care under our Aspire Lifestyle Model.

This hands‑on leadership role requires supervisory or scheduling experience, strong communication, and a passion for developing others. Earn $23–$27 per hour plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

How You Will Make an Impact

As the Evening Care Coordinator, you will provide hands‑on leadership for the evening care team, ensuring exceptional resident care while coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Working within Vista Prairie Communities' values of Caring, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, and Stewardship, you will support residents in living with purpose through the Aspire Lifestyle Model and its five pillars of wellness—social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual.
Working in partnership with the Community Care Manager, you will assist with staff development, scheduling, and daily operations while monitoring quality of care and service delivery. You will lead by example, foster a positive and accountable team culture, and ensure residents receive compassionate, person‑centered care that exceeds expectations.

Schedule

Full-Time Evenings: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Includes E/O weekend and participation in the on‑call rotation.
