Job summary

The Jones Center in Springdale, AR seeks a Safety & Security Associate to promote a safe campus and deliver excellent customer service. You will monitor post orders, respond to emergencies, and maintain professional conduct during evening and weekend shifts.

Be prepared for after-hours events with a flexible schedule and strong communication with the Director of Safety and Security. Prior security experience is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in a similar security role or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to obtain Private Security Officer License.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Greet customers, visitors, and employees professionally.
• Stay updated on post orders and general information.
• Monitor cameras and equipment as required by post orders.
• Secure premises by patrolling, monitor surveillance, and control access points.
• Know emergency procedures and respond to alarms/incidents.
