Job summary

This is a full-time, on-site position with potential weekend coverage as needed. Required qualifications include a working knowledge of janitorial operations, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of janitorial, custodial, and housekeeping services.
• Knowledge of custodial operations and industry standards.
• Ability to climb ladders without assistance.
• Ability to lift objects not more than 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping operations as a shift leader.

Responsibilities

• Provides custodial/ housekeeping services for college facilities including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sweeping, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.
• Performs room setup/take-down as assigned and assists Custodial Manager in training and evaluating staff.
• Maintains good attendance and reports problems to managers as needed.
