Job summary

The University Memorial Center at the University of Colorado Boulder is seeking applications for a Custodian I. This role handles weekly deep cleaning, seasonal projects, and emergency cleanup following university guidelines. You will work on one of two teams, receiving tasks from the Custodial Services Manager or Lead.

Qualifications

• Six months of related experience appropriate to the job assignment.
• Safe use of chemicals, job tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of UMC public areas, department offices and study spaces.
• Daily bathroom cleaning and restocking of dispensers.
• Seasonal projects including floor refinishing, carpet shampooing, and deep cleaning.
• Emergency clean up and snow removal as needed.
